Your Property will be carefully walked. The agent will provide you with a current rental analysis.
Suggestions may be made to help you increase your cash flow.
We advertise your property on over 200 websites including the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
giving your property optimum exposure. Our agents are available to show the home seven days a week.
Applicants are screened thoroughly using a five step process. We run credit, background, rental history, work history and we do a debt to income analysis. Compass Property Management Group wants to make sure that the applicant / tenant can afford the rent!
Full service means FULL SERVICE! Your agent will handle all tenant issues, HOA issues, and maintenance issues.
You will receive monthly statements and year end breakdown of income and expenses to help you be prepared for tax preparation.
We handle your home as though it were our own.
Tenant Placement Service – When you don’t need day to day management.
So, you want to manage the home but could use help finding a qualified tenant?

We will advertise the home, show the home, qualify a tenant, process the application, collect the Security Deposit and first month’s rent. The Tenant Placement Only (TPO) lease will be signed and we will send you the file and Security Deposit.
The cost to you is 100% of first full month’s rent as a Placement Fee.

St. Augustine is a city in Northeast Florida and the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement and port in the
continental United States. The county seat of St. Johns County, it is part of Florida's First Coast region and the Jacksonville
metropolitan area. According to the 2010 census, the city population was 12,975. The St. Augustine urban area has a population of 69,173.
St. Augustine, Florida has a humid subtropical climate or Cfa – typical of the Gulf and South Atlantic states. The low latitude and coastal location of St. Augustine gives the city a mostly warm, sunny, and winterless climate. Like much of Florida, St. Augustine enjoys a high number of sunny days, averaging 2900 hrs annually. Unlike much of the USA, St. Augustine’s driest time of year is winter. There are essentially two seasons in St. Augustine, the hot and wet season (late May through October) and the warm and dry season (November through April).
