Seriously, Toni has been in the business since 1999. She has experience in large property management, and now is relaxing into the pace of small business.

The “Enforcer”. Tara worked in the maintenance department for 8 years before realizing she had bigger dreams. Dreams of managing investment homes for absentee owners. She specializes in taking middle of the night emergency calls, code enforcement, and dealing with HOA matters.

Super skilled, no longer new, very experienced... Office Manager Samantha.  Her strengths are sniffing out bogus applications, identifying false payroll check stubs and procuring tenants animal pictures for her own collection.

Christine is our “Leasing Tornado”. Christine handles Lake City and the Westside of Jacksonville. She is the property manager you want show your home, she works every weekend and works tirelessly on the phone. She can out talk a bill collector, and does for her owners.

Taylor is very knowledgeable, super Smart!  She worked as Office Manager, and moved right in to Property Management without any issues.  She's no-nonsense as well as CPMG's personal stickler, rule follower, and policy writer!   A rule is a rule, and without rules there's chaos.
