Broker Associate/Property Manager

The “Enforcer”. Tara worked in the maintenance department for 8 years before realizing she had bigger dreams. Dreams of managing investment homes for absentee owners. She specializes in taking middle of the night emergency calls, code enforcement, and dealing with HOA matters.

Office Manager/Property Manager

Samantha is a new addition, and being new… we threw her straight into the Office Manager position. Her strengths are sniffing out bogus applications, identifying false payroll check stubs and procuring tenants animal pictures for her own collection. She is also our newest property manager, so she is still learning the ropes!

Christine is our “Leasing Tornado”. Christine handles Lake City and the Westside of Jacksonville. She is the property manager you want show your home, she works every weekend and works tirelessly on the phone. She can out talk a bill collector, and does for her owners.
